Britons Don't Get Enough Sleep

A study has shown that nine out of ten Britons do not get enough sleep, and millions risk their health by depriving themselves of much needed rest. An average Briton sleep for only six hours a night, which is well below the eight hours of recommended sleep. Therefore, 17 percent regularly doze off at work.

Aberdeen has been home to the UK's most disadvantaged people sleep. It has been found that they are staying in Aberdeen, just 5 hours and 23 minutes of sleep each night.

Norwich, the British sleepiest town, residents spend only 6 hours and 38 minutes in bed.

Economic concerns are the most common cause of lack of sleep, This applies to almost 48 percent of Britons.

They are followed by relationship problems (34 percent) and family problems (33 percent).
