It is going to be a working birthday for actor Kangna Ranaut. The actor, who turns 23 today, will not even be in Mumbai to spend the day with her close friends as the sets of the film are in Karjat. Sources say that she will be spending the whole day on the sets of Farhan Akhtar’s movie Crooked that also stars Abhishek Bachchan. This year, her family isn’t flying down to the city too. But the actor isn’t letting all this dampen her spirits.
A very close friend of Kangna reveals: “This year is going to be a hectic working year for Kangna and she is even working on her birthday. However, she will be celebrating her birthday with the full cast and crew of the film in Karjat. Knowing how big a prankster Abhishek is she might be in for some surprises too.”
The friend, on condition of anonymity, further says: “Despite working and not being with family, Kangna’s spirit is upbeat as she loves work. Last year she hardly got time to go for a vacation and she did not even crib. She says it is time for her to only concentrate on her work. She has been getting birthday wishes from March 20 itself as a website has wrongly mentioned it. She had also been receiving lots of wishes from radio stations in Dubai which are dedicating songs to her.”
