More and more people are starting to practice to eat bread for their breakfast, lunch and dinner because they think it can help keep those extra pounds off. But not just any bread will do if you want to lose any weight. It must be the low-crab, whole grain variety.
Low-crab diets are all the rage in those days. Some of the most commonly known benefits of undergoing low-crab diets include increased energy, better gums and teeth health, lower trends of compulsive eating, improve mental concentration and reduced craving for sweets.
There are other, less reported on the benefits of low-crab diets, which include reduced amounts of headache and PMS, huge improvement in overall skin condition, improvement of gastrointestinal diseases and diminished amounts of muscle and joint pain.
Other benefits include increase in good cholesterol or HDL, drop in overall blood pressure, reduced blood insulin levels and improve insulin sensitivity.
Perhaps the most obvious advantage of low-crab diets is that you do not need to count calories each and every time you take your meals. Everything you need to do is choose which low-crab food items you want to include in your diet and stick to it.
Now there are plenty of low-crab bread products you can buy in most grocery stores but you can actually make your own if you want fresher, better tasting bread. You might try baking flaxseed bread, for starters. Also known as linseed, flax contains plenty of fiber, which is good to cleanse the system and improve digestion.
Here is a recipe for low-crab flax seed bread. You need the following ingredients:
1 3 / 4 c flax seed meal
4 to 5 toss cooking oil
1 / 2 c wheat bran
1 / 2 C water
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 pieces of turned eggs
All you need do is to mix all your dry recipe ingredients in a large bowl, then stir in your wet ingredients for the recipe. Pour into a saucepan. Preheat the oven at about 350 degrees. F. Put the pot and let it bake in the oven for about 20 min.
Remove from oven and then let the pot cool for several minutes. Slicing, then serve. If you plan to save the bread, be sure to let the bread cool completely before wrapping up with foil. Wrap it all again with airtight plastic bag, then store in refrigerator.
Do remember that some low-crab bread contains three carbohydrate per slice or piece. Minimize the total number of carbohydrates in your sandwich by eating bread with meat or cheese.
