Skin Cancer by Common Drug

Researchers have revealed that a commonly used anti-inflammatory prescription drug has the ability to prevent skin cancer. Jean Tang, MD, PhD, assistant professor of dermatology at Stanford School of Medicine, celecoxib when applied topically has the power to prevent skin cancer although oral consumption of the drug may cause heart attack and stroke."Basal cell carcinomas are the most common human cancer in the United States and their incidence is increasing steadily.
