Description: M. Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi (2004) is a Tamil film directed by M. Raja. It is a remake of Telugu film Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi. The film stars Jayam Ravi, Asin Thottumkal, Vivek, Prakash Raj, Nadhiya, Subbaraju and Janagaraj. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by Srikanth Deva. For Kumaran (Ravi) life is about his mother Mahalakshmi (Nadhiya), which is separated from her husband Eshwar (Prakash Raj). Kumaran is passionate about kickboxing and he shares a very special relationship with her mother. Sometimes Kumaran falls in love with Malabar (bhuvana) (Asin). But his life is ruined after his mother's death. On his deathbed she tells her son to meet his father, a kickboxing living in Malaysia. Kumaran goes to Malaysia to meet him, and he comes across his father, Eshwar, who is happily settled with a new family. Kumaran get a job at his father's kickboxing Academy.
