
Sleep disorders can be caused by a number of reasons. Some of these reasons may be obstructed airway passage narcolepsy and a poorly developed sinus cavities. There are sleep apnea cure, however. A sleep study is usually ordered to determine the level of severity of the sleeping disorder. Once this is established, there will be several opportunities to cure remedy the problem. Sometimes it requires surgery to fix sinus cavity to allow for easier breathing. Another way is to use a CPAP or continuous positive airway pressure CPAP machine and accessories.
A CPAP is the least invasive form of relief for the treatment of sleep apnea. It is a machine that is used during sleep to constantly move oxygen through the nose and into the bloodstream to the heart, brain and lungs. This increases the healthy brain, lung and heart function, such as when your airways are restricted, and this will cause a strain on the heart and can ultimately lead to cardiac dysfunction later in life. Lack of oxygen will also result in developmental issues and can also lead to depression.
