This is the starting point for almost all styles of kicks in football practice. Acceleration of the foot from below the knee generates a strong influence on the ball. Players get tremendous power from it to perform several styles of kicks. Yet style kick that would arise would depend on the nature of contact the ball with his foot.
For example, it could be turned very high, driven low, turn left, or sway to the right.
There are three basic goes in football, as a side foot pass, the outside of foot pass, and the instep drive. Let us now discuss them some more.
The side foot pass: This is the easiest and most common pass in teaching soccer. It is usually used for short distance passes. While this passage can be easily predicted and is a little slow, it is extremely simple to learn and easy to perform. Foot turned outwards, the ball comes in contact on the outside of the ankle and foot.
In coaching soccer drills, mentoring players to keep their bodies completely relaxed throughout the movement. This is the most basic rule with all types of kicking actions. Ankle and foot should be stiffened only at the time when players are about to come into contact with the ball.
Subsequently, when the players are confident about their ability to perform what was the matter comes out smooth, natural and relaxed.
Outside of foot pass: As this pass can never be predicted, pretty accurate and fast are players must be trained for this, although it is somewhat difficult to master. The ball comes in contact between the outer edge of the foot and laces with the extended foot and turned inward. The passport is then transformed into a quick throw for short distances by foot.
During these coaching exercises should players keep their attitude relaxed.
Instep Drive: Both versions of the instep drive that is low powered version and lifted version brought into play the ball over longer distances. Once mastered, this style can also be modified to make a "chip pass" or a "swinging in the pass. Because the approach instep drive is angled to a certain extent, it is not kicking foot placed about 12 inches to the side of and behind the ball.
Here the ball comes in contact between the inside of the foot and laces that are enlarged and very firm.
So go ahead and make the kids try different things with the ball by teaching them the basic kicking technique and its variations.
