New Hopi Hotel Opens

Upper Village of Moe kopi, As. - It Moe kopi Legacy Inn & Suites, the first hotel to be built on the Hopi tribal land for 50 years, officially opening the 27th April, 2010. The new hotel offers travelers a new level of comfort in northern Arizona. The Legacy Inn features 100 rooms including 16 specially designed suites, a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi, a conference center and an outdoor performance plaza. The Elders of the Upper Village of Moe kopi imagined that their village should be a place for the receipt and collection of visitor Hopi tribal land, and they inspired the new hotel. The hotel's decor reflects this vision and everything from carpets, bedding, art and architecture emphasizes the Hopi culture. The Kava Garden and the third floor of San Francisco Peaks Serenity Lounge offers places to relax and connect with Hopi traditions. Located next to Tuba City, Arizona in Moe kopi.
