The 2 Absolute Best Cheesy Burgers Recipes

A delicious burger will only be delicious, when there is melted cheese on top. Every cheeseburger enthusiast will definitely realize that good feeling when biting into a juicy burger contains a bit of that most beloved cheese included inside Patty for that extra delicious flavor.

Here are 2 recipes that will teach you how to transform ordinary tasting burgers for a completely different delicious flavored burgers using some blue cheese or 'Swiss cheese', which is mixed into Patty.

Blue-Cheese Burgers

Using a medium bowl, with a half pound of beef that has been ground, shaping them in four inches long and about a quarter inch thick, this should make about eight steaks. Then put your steaks on a very large "skillet" or using a very big "aluminum foil".

In a bowl, blend half cup sharp cheddar cheese that has been cut, one fourth cup blue cheese crumbled, one quarter cup of parsley, which has been cut very fine, two teaspoonfuls of 'Dijon mustard', a teaspoon of 'Worcestershire sauce', a clove of garlic and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Slowly throw the ingredients together till completely mixed.

Get four Burger 'steaks' then pile three tablespoonfuls of the cheese mixture on top of Patty. Place the rest of your four steaks you scratch burgers top then squeeze your Patty's edge right up until the rest of the ingredients are sealed in. So save for later.

Get a medium sized red bell peppers then cut into thin strips.

Use a large skillet, heat about two teaspoonfuls of "olive oil" over high heat till smoking hot. Include your sliced peppers, while constantly stirring, or until the edges of your sliced peppers brown. Add some salt to the pan. Remove the sliced peppers on your forehead.

Using the same pan, fry your 'hamburger steak' on medium-high heat for about five minutes. Then turn on your 'steaks' over and top with the sliced peppers. Then cook for about four minutes extra to reach preferred doneness.

Grilled Reuben 'Burgers

Use a large bowl, mix in an envelope onion soup mix, half cup of water, a half pound of beef that has been parked up, half cup of Swiss cheese has been sliced, one tablespoon crumbled and cooked 'till crispy bacon. You can add an optional half teaspoon 'caraway seeds. Shape them into six individual steaks. Roast or grill burgers till done. So the top using some heated "sauerkraut" and sprinkle bacon.
