Pakistan is taking important world capital

Pakistan is taking important world capitals into confidence about the recent one-up talks with India at the level of foreign secretaries of the two countries.
Pakistan is of the view that the meeting between the two foreign secretaries could not turn out to be productive as no tangible outcome could come out of it, but it was not an utter failure since both the capitals had agreed to maintain contacts.
Diplomatic sources told The News here that Pakistan had no plan to extend invitation to the Indian foreign secretary to visit Pakistan soon because Islamabad believes that the talks must be structured and preferably under the framework of the Composite Dialogue with addition to water issue. Pakistan has already given a paper to India with documentary evidence of the Indian excesses in dealing affairs with Pakistan.
Pakistan will shortly give more than three dossiers, covering its grievances about India on different counts. The dossiers will be included evidence with regard to the Indian involvement in terror activities on the soil of Pakistan and evil designs of India to deprive Pakistan of its legitimate water. Pakistan High Commissioner in India Shahid Malik, who is currently in Islamabad, had a detailed meeting with Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir in the Foreign Office on Wednesday and discussed with him the post talk situation in India.
The sources said that Pakistan was not in hurry to resume talks with India without framework and agenda for the same. Shahid Malik, who has conducted the affairs with India admirably, would brief the leadership and important people about the overall situation before returning to New Delhi, the sources said.
Meanwhile, sources revealed that Pakistan, after careful study of just submitted three dossiers by India on the incidents of Mumbai, would respond to the Indians in a couple of days, but it would not hand over the chief of the Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) Hafiz Muhammad Saeed to India. Hafiz would not be arrested and no case would be instituted against him since the dossiers have no actionable evidence to implicate Hafiz Saeed in any charge of terror or other offence.
Hafiz Saeed had called for Jihad against India on account of its cruelties towards Muslims in India, especially in Occupied Kashmir. He made the observations in an interview to a Pakistani TV channel. Reacting to the interview, the Indian government has asked Pakistan to hand over Saeed or book him. Indians claim that the new dossier has more evidence against Saeed, but no concrete material has been made part of it, the sources said.
It has been speculated that Hafiz Muhammad Saeed could be asked to exercise restraint in certain things and he should be careful while referring to the issues involving Pakistan-India relations. He could be asked under the law to report to relevant authorities before making statements and about his movement which is, otherwise, necessary for his security.
