Chewy & Soft Choco Chip Cookies Made Real Easy!

Chocolate chip cookies are a much loved treat and make them really something you should take the time to learn. These cookies are either brittle, soft or etc.

Make these soft chocolate chip cookies may seem like a very tough challenge, but I assure you it is not. Just take a couple steps to make your cookie dough.

Normally an easy and good chocolate chip cookie recipe will be the standard ones located at the rear portion of the chocolate chip packages. For your dough Just make sure to thoroughly mix the butter and sugar using your hand-held/ordinary electric mixer until dough is fluffy. Watch out for lumps of sugar and butter then be sure that they are already gone before you add your vanilla and eggs.

These first few steps are crucial to get the soft cookies. Do not beat your batter along with eggs, otherwise they might not be aired & fluffly. Just incorporate all ingredients until they are mixed together. Be careful not to over beat your batter.

Next, in another bowl, combine salt, baking powder and flour together, then mix them in your place then strokes behind. If the recipe calls for flour (term), so be sure to sift your flour. After sifting, the State and you add the flour mix to wet your recipe ingredients until everything is incorporated well & add your chocolate chips.

Place your dough in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or better if overnight. When baking, preheat oven your first before the actual baking. Roll the dough into 2-inch round shapes then place them 2 inches apart on greased / baking paper. Make sure your plate is not hot when you arrange your cookies on it. You can even place it inside your refrigerator before baking.

So, bake your cookies per directions, until they appear light and golden brown. Just make sure cookies are not dark brown, or they can be brittle and a bit hard. Be careful when cooking, so you get the delicious soft cookies, and not the hard and brittle them. Take note of the above steps and you will get the soft chewy cookies.
