What is the best form of cardiovascular exercise for our personal training clients? The answer to this question varies depending on the physical targets for each customer. A general answer to that question is that the ideal form of cardiovascular training is a form that provides the most rewards and minimize risks.
The treadmill is probably the most popular form of heart, made in gyms and fitness centers today. If you walk on treadmill at a flat rate risk of injury is minimal, but in most cases the rewards are minimal. Under these conditions, few calories burned, and it is too important for the extremely reconditioned or obese. Walking slowly on the flat treadmill with some degree of minimal risk to everyone, but also get rewards, because it does not burn enough calories to significantly reduce body fat. There are two ways to increase efficiency by working on a treadmill, is known to increase the speed at which the exercise is done, you can start to jog or run at will. Jogging and running are very potent exercises when it comes to calorie burning, but both very keen on his knees and back. The unconditional, injured and seniors should not take up running because it is too hard on the joint, bone and connective tissue. Second, treadmill work increased in intensity by increasing the level of quality that went on, it becomes equivalent to walking hills or mountains beyond. Incline treadmill walking is an efficient calorie and fat burning, but it may be difficult for trainees with lower back, knee or foot issues. As you can see the treadmill has its positive and negative. Using this one your main form of heart will depend upon the limiting factors because of injuries, and how much stamina you have.
Stationary biking is another very common form of heart, made in gyms today. Stationary cycling has the same advantages and disadvantages, which rides on a bicycle outside. I think cycling is certainly better than jogging and running, because you can burn a lot of calories without the extreme pounding of knees and back, the body receives from jogging and running. To a lesser degree, however a lot of stress to the knees and back can be generated by intense cycling too.
I prefer the elliptical machine because of the non-power and great range of motion. You can vary the ramp, resistance and speed to target the greatest lower body muscles without straining your back or joints. It is possible to really turn up the intensity level of your workout with minimal risk of harm. In short, there is a superior form of heart and that the form is elliptical training.
