Vanjaram Vepudu fish recipes

Living along the coast has its advantages. One of them is the regular availability of freshly caught sea food, especially fish. Today we bought Vanjaram (Spotted seer fish) and prepared a simple fried with minimal spices. Nehal and Satish enjoy it, and so do we. There are few things we love more than a nicely fried fish, hot off the pan. You can explore with different spices, but go slowly on the amount of spices, add to marinade. You do not want the spices to overpower the taste of fish. we have avoided garam masala, but a pinch can be added. Do not omit lemon since the key to the bright taste of fried fish.
