Hrithik-Barbara intimacy edited out of Kites

Rakesh Roshan wants to take any chances with his home production Kites. After approaching Raju Hirani and finally get Brett Ratner to edit the film, Roshan has decided to significantly make up for the intimate scenes between Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori in Hindi version at the behest of Ratner, who is editing the film's English version.

Sources indicate that the film has English and a Hindi version. As the intimate scenes between Hrithik and Barbara are too bold for the Indian audience, Brett asked Rakesh Roshan to either completely remove or at least dilute the passionate scenes in hindi version.

Brett Ratner was specially convened to re-edit Kites. He had come to account for the international audience. Ratner gave his proposals that he knows how to think on the Indian audience very well. Rakesh Roshan said that his films are made for a family audience. There is no intimate or love scenes in Kites.

After rumors about Hrithik and Barbara Mori affairs, it certainly seems that Rakesh Roshan does not want to take any chances.
