No More Spare Tires!

This article will discuss the strategies I use as a personal trainer to help people get rid of those extra tire around the middle that so many people want to lose.

The first and most important part of our program is consistent, regular exercise. The primary reason people put unwanted body fat is inactivity or too little activity, thus, behavior number one is to overcome this problem with heavy weight training and challenging cardio workout.

I will divide the weight training, and ensure that work abs and calves every day:

Monday, chest and arms, Tuesday, shoulders and back, Thursday, Friday and ass legs, chest and arms, Saturday, shoulders and back.

As you can see the whole body will be developed over three sets, and this cycle will keep repeating Cardio should be done for weight reduction programs and will happen every day weight training is done. Many things can be changed only with the addition of regular exercise, but reducing crabs will help you reach your goals faster. When we talk about losing your spare tire, so let us focus on specific abdominal exercises.

1). Hanging leg raises

2). Abs crunches on a machine

3.) Seated trunk rotations on a machine

With regard to nutrition, I will create a completely custom plan for each, and this program will emphasize reduced carbohydrate and fat consumption. This is a typical program, I would use 200 pounds man. Meals will be just three hours apart. A meal, two full servings oatmeal, I will also tell you to add a little honey; Meal two, a grilled or steamed chicken breast accompanied by a dark green salad, three flour, eight ounces of tilapia and steamed veggies; Meal four, same as meal three , Flour five, a Muscle Milk protein drink.

If this program is diligently followed the body fat will soon fall, and I will have a happy and successful client.

Sometimes there are issues to be overcome with regard to the eating plan. Difficult to keep the client motivated to eat in a clean and healthy manner often show up. I have clients record what they actually eat it and report it to me, it helps a lot to keep customers comply enough with eating program to see the best results. In addition, I use a range of creative, motivational techniques, which can also be found in my article "Diet impasse." I would highly recommend you read this article, as well as a motivational aid.
