There are many arguments for and against different types of milk. One example is the organic milk vs. ordinary milk. Many people wonder what is the differences which one is healthier and why is one more expensive than the other. These questions are easily answered.

There are many differences between the two types of milk. The differences can leach into the cost of milk. Prices of milk do vary by region. On average, one gallon of organic costs about $ 5.00 and one gallon regular milk costs about $ 3.50. The cost of the product has increased for organic milk, it takes more resources to grow healthy organic feed and hay for cows. There is also an increased amount of care given to animals because they can not use antibiotics.
