How To Make A Tanzanian And Kenya Chicken Tikka Recipe

• 1 kg chicken

• 1 teaspoon ginger paste

• 1 teaspoon garlic paste

• dungy fresh leaves (1 bunch) (coriander leaves)

• 3-4 green chilies

• 1 medium onion

• 1 tsp gram macula

• 4-5 whole dried red peppers

• Salt to taste

• 6 tablespoons yoghurt

OR

• 3 tablespoons lemon juice

DIRECTIONS to make Chicken Tike

Mix all spices together first.

Bake the eighth in a foil covered with foil the first 20 minutes at 375 F. Then uncover, turn chicken over and cover again.
